As a dough maker you work with the bakers in the bakery. At the beginning of the process you make the dough according to the recipe. You do this with the help of large tubs that you place under the machine and add the ingredients by machine. You add smaller components manually before you let the machine knead the dough. You then place the tub at the beginning of the machine line where it is portioned, puffed up, risen and then baked.
