Diksmuide

As a CNC miller you will operate one or more CNC milling machines. You can convert the CNC machine in accordance with the work order and you maintain the machine(s). You ensure a timely and constant supply of raw materials and check the quality of the pieces. Finally, you are also responsible for the registration and documentation of production data.

Waregem

As a CNC milling machine operator you are responsible for milling mechanical parts, mainly gears (drilling, milling, boring and tapping). You analyze the plans to bring your work of the various pieces to a successful conclusion. You determine the necessary material (chisels and tools) and set up the machines (5-axis milling machine, hard milling, ...).

Staden

As a CNC turner/miller, you are responsible for setting up and operating the CNC turning and milling (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens) machine. Our client works with 3 axis, 5 axis and recently also 8 axis. You can work in a 2 shift system or the night. 

Zedelgem

As a CNC miller you are responsible for programming and setting up your milling machine. In the morning you get your drawings of the parts that need to be made and then you get to work right away. In addition, you can also work as a conventional turner and don't mind doing this alternately next to milling

Oostkamp

As a CNC operator you will be responsible for milling, turning or grinding metals. The main products are gears used in mechanical engineering. As a result, you mainly have to deal with piece work, but sometimes a series will have to be produced. You can work independently on the basis of the technical plan and the order form. You work in a 3-shift system with morning, afternoon and night shifts. You get plenty of rest days in between.

Zonnebeke

As a CNC milling machine operator you are responsible for operating and setting up your CNC controlled machine. You can read technical plans well and are willing to learn programming in the long term. The control of the machines is Fanuc.

Wevelgem

As a CNC milling machine operator, you are independently responsible for milling and finishing more complex parts and you can adjust settings to the machine in case of error messages or make finishing corrections (control type: Fanuc and Siemens). You pay attention to quality, you can draw up measurement reports and use measuring equipment. You check finished pieces (1° piece - between - and final check). You are willing to work in 2-shift systems or fixed night.

Kuurne

As a CNC milling operator you work in a 2-shift system or in a fixed night shift and you are responsible for milling and finishing complex parts. You will adjust settings on the machine in case of error messages or make finishing corrections (control type: Fanuc and Siemens).
