As a CNC operator you will be responsible for milling, turning or grinding metals. The main products are gears used in mechanical engineering. As a result, you mainly have to deal with piece work, but sometimes a series will have to be produced. You can work independently on the basis of the technical plan and the order form. You work in a 3-shift system with morning, afternoon and night shifts. You get plenty of rest days in between.
