You will be responsible for: preparing dishes (traditional Belgian dishes), helping with the mise en place (cutting and cleaning vegetables), helping in the cold and hot kitchen and preparing salads, dressing and finishing plates, making sauces and preparing desserts , maintaining and cleaning the kitchen. You will always have to follow the orders of the chef correctly. Finally, you will also have to comply with the working procedures and check the rules for hygiene and food safety.
In this restaurant you are responsible for washing the dishes. As a dishwasher you operate the professional dishwashers: filling and emptying bins, drying manually, placing everything correctly in the cupboard... Together with the entire kitchen team, you ensure a clean environment.
As a cook you are responsible for the kitchen together with your fellow chefs. You work independently and use your experience and product knowledge to prepare the most delicious dishes.
