You amaze everyone with your unseen good returns. You are like a good family man who only leaves his work station after everything is finished and leaves the workshop clean.

You operate a profiling machine independently. You start from a roll of strip steel to arrive at a steel profile. In addition, you also work with finishing machines (saw machines, drilling machine, laser cutting machine, folding machine - cnc or conventional).

In addition to setting up the installations and monitoring the parameters, as an operator you are responsible for the operation of the machine assigned to you. Based on daily orders, you contribute to the realization of the planned production of chicken and turkey preparations. As an machine operator you are responsable for setting and operating the profiling machine based on the production orders. You provide the line with all necessary materials to carry out the assignments correctly, checking that the end products are produced on time and efficiently and that they meet the necessary quality requirements.

Meulebeke

As a machine operator you will be responsible for the folding machine using a touch screen. You will bend rebar for diameter up to 32mm, cut bars to lengths and work with a bending machine adjustable according to length and bending head. You will work together with a colleague (1 on shears and 1 on bending machine). The daily tasks are: looking that the machine does not have an oil leak, checking if the operating mechanism and emergency stop function properly, storing unused attachments in the provided tray under the work table, checking if the drawers with the blocks are properly tightened, etc. 

Meulebeke

As a welder/operator you are responsible for cutting the metal support beam to size, drilling holes, welding the beam with the semi-automatic, etc. For this job, you work in a day system. 

Bredene

As an operator you will be responsible for 1 production line. You constantly check the entire line for malfunctions and you check the various parameters via the PC. If there is a mechanical defect, you will first try to solve it yourself together with the other colleague operator.
