We are looking for a sous chef for a customer in Ruiselede. You will be responsible for: preparing dishes (traditional Belgian dishes), helping with the mise en place (cutting and cleaning vegetables), helping in the cold and hot kitchen and preparing salads, dressing and finishing plates, making sauces and preparing desserts , maintaining and cleaning the kitchen. You will always have to follow the orders of the chef correctly. Finally, you will also have to comply with the working procedures and check the rules for hygiene and food safety.
